Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted by our website to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure.

International customers’ credit card companies will charge based on the exchange rate on the day the order is placed. From time to time, a customer’s credit card company may charge a small international transaction fee, which is out of our control and traditionally ranges between 3-4%. An order number will be issued when the order is placed.

If you place a credit card order online or over the phone, you must obtain payment authorization at the time of ordering. If there is a problem with payment for all or part of your order, we will attempt to contact you by email or phone before canceling your order.
Once an order is placed, we will make every effort to accommodate changes to the order, but it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to submit an accurate order at the time of placing the order.
